Advertising is a two-way communication process. It is the act of calling the attention of the public to products or services by arousing their desire to patronize them. Communication can be classified as advertising if it is; paid for, attempting to persuade or promote and delivered to the public via mass media.
An advertisement is considered effective when people are willing to patronize the desired message. It must persuade the audience to act on the message that it wants to get across. The message must be sent, the advertisement, and received by the audience, the act of buying or patronizing the product or service. And the message must be sent to a massive audience at the same time.
