You attended all interviews you’ve been asked to, and you’ve been waiting for your telephone to ring and to hear the good news. But, up to now nobody has called yet. As an applicant what is the norm accepted by these industries after an interview? If the employer told you that they will call you once they are finished reviewing your interview, then you should wait for the call. But, if the interviewer told you to follow up after a few days regarding status of your application, then it’s fine to call them. Furthermore, if ever after your interview they just uttered their “Thank you” and “Goodbye”, then it’s not normal for you to make an effort to ask for feedback anymore. Try to find another job opening and don’t waste time thinking what happened.
